Hi, I’m Alejandro! Are you ready to learn how to play some music? Let's go!
I’ve been teaching for over 15 years, working with students of all ages—from beginners to advanced players. It's incredibly rewarding to help my students learn to play their favorite songs and watch them grow into confident musicians, reaching their goals and improving in the areas they want to focus on. If you're looking to improve your skills on Electric Guitar, Acoustic Guitar, Nylon-String Guitar, Ukulele, or Bass, you’re definitely in the right place.
Teaching Style
I’ve spent many years working on cruise ships as a sideman and also leading my own band, so I have plenty of experience playing different styles of music with people from all over the world. It has been a very rewarding journey, and I've learned a lot along the way. It feels great to share that knowledge with my students and see them grow.
When you take lessons with me, I always focus on what you want to learn, what you want to improve, and your personal goals. That way, I can create a customized plan for each student, focusing on the bands you like, the techniques you want to improve, and the songs you’ve always wanted to play.
Credentials & Affiliations
I graduated from the ISMP (Superior Institute of Popular Music) in Buenos Aires, where I specialized in Rock and Blues. A couple of months after finishing my studies, I was called to join a band on a Celebrity cruise ship. After that experience, I became the leader of my own band and worked with Celebrity Cruises, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian Cruise Line (NCL). When my band split up, I was called to join Burn the Floor, a Broadway musical on an NCL cruise ship, where I performed as a lead electric guitarist, as well as a bassist and nylon-string guitar player.
