Teaching Style
For the past 15 years, Amanda has shared her love of teaching to those in Texas and Utah. For six years she was the Spring Branch Fiddlers violin director at Memorial Drive Elementary and Hunters Creek Elementary. She also taught at various schools in the Houston area including Parker Elementary and Klein Forest High School, as well has holding a private studio out of her home. She loves bringing music to young children and hopes they continue to keep it in their lives wherever life takes them.
Curriculum
I primarily teach out of the Suzuki books, as I am trained and certified. I also use various technique books that involves shifting exercises, left hand technique, bow technique, and scales. I tailor it to each student.
