Amanda Orla

My name is Amanda Orla. I’m a dedicated vocal and piano instructor with over 10 years of private teaching experience, specializing in voice, piano, and theory fundamentals. I support students at all levels; from young beginners (ages 5+) to adults through personalized, engaging lessons designed to build both skill and confidence.

My teaching focuses include Royal Conservatory of Music (RCM) exam preparation for both voice and piano, performance coaching, and developing piano self-accompaniment skills for singers. I also guide students through Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced theory (rudiments), helping them build a strong musical foundation.

In addition to private instruction, I have spent 5 years as a Montessori Music Directress, bringing a thoughtful, student-centered approach that nurtures creativity, independence, and a genuine love of music.

As a singer-songwriter and recording artist with three released albums available on all major platforms, I bring real-world industry experience into my lessons; helping students not only learn music, but truly express it.
