Andrew B. Klein

Hi, my name is Andy.  I've been teaching music professionally for the past 15 years.  In that time, I've worked with students of almost every conceivable age and ability level on a wide variety of instruments (ukulele, guitar, bass guitar, banjo, harmonica, piano) and am here to help make your musical dreams come true.  

After graduating from the University of Delaware, I played and toured in a variety of bands (JAB, The Orange Apples, The Pizza Boys: 2007-2015) while teaching private music lessons at my local music store, Music and Arts (2008-2020). When the pandemic hit, I took my teaching online and formed my own business, Andy K Music Lessons, which has been serving the Bucks County area ever since (2020-2024). Eventually, I was sought out by a new and growing music school in my area (Nook Nook Creative Music School) and started teaching there one day a week to get involved in their amazing programs of community outreach (2023-2024).

In 2017, I joined up with my most active current musical project, The Great Bonfire. This band has played a variety of local festivals, clubs, and community events in the Bucks County area. Last year, we released our second full length album, Our Kind's Still Good. (2023). We still regularly perform and record as a group of five best friends. Check us out anywhere you stream music.

I customize my lessons to the needs/learning style of each individual student with a focus on technique, music theory, and songwriting.  With all that in mind, I'd love to hear about your musical goals and figure out the best path to get you there.
