Anna Leone

Hi! My name is Anna Leone and I'm a Brazilian classical guitarist with over 15 years experience as a teacher and 23 years as a player. I have studied with with great names of the classical guitar community, and I've won over twelve prizes in music competitions throughout Brazil and USA.

If you are interested in learning how to play guitar or perfect your previous skills, I'm happy to help you!

I'm a doctorate student in music at Stony Brook University (US) and I've also studied two master degrees in classical guitar performance, one by James Madison University (USA) and one by one of the top music universities of the world,  Sibelius Academy (Finland).

My lessons are tailored according to the student and all materials are provided by the teacher, such as PDF or videos/audios samples. 

During the past 5 years, I've being one of the main guitar teachers at the International Music School of Finland, having experience in teaching people from different cultures.

Lessons are taught in English or Portuguese.

I have over 15 years of experience teaching from children to adults.
