I have learned so much in only three lessons with Bonnie! We have looked at questions I had in knitting as well as crochet. Bonnie explains everything so clearly and I am so pleased that I am ready to start several new projects now. It is really helpful to review my patterns with Bonnie before I begin working them. I highly recommend lessons in knitting and crochet with Bonnie!!!

My daughter has expressed interest in learning how to knit and crochet. After having challenges finding an in-person class in our area, we finally decided to try an online option. However, my daughter learned more self-taught on youtube than her online instructor. I came across Bonnie's site on this website and she has learned more in the few lessons with Ms. Bonnie than ever before. Just had my 3rd lesson with Bonnie. I am working on a stitch sampler afghan and Bonnie has been very helpful with explaining how to work on a new stitch. Her patience is outstanding. When i wasn't getting a stitch lined up she explained to me how the stitches went through a drawing that just immediately made sense to me. I will buy more lessons with Bonnie when I run into another stitch that is not coming along. Bonnie is excellent. Her biggest virtue is her patience. When a stitch was calling for a yarn over before the stitch, I heard Bonnie's patient voice long after the lesson was over. Catherine

Bonnie was a very knowledgeable and patient teacher. She didn't go too quickly but made sure we repeated things and that I got the hang of things before moving on. She was very clear in her explanations and I feel confident that I can continue with my project.

Bonnie was awesome! As I needed, she would go step by step over and over without pressure and with patience. I actually was able to learn 2 moves today, making the chain and holding the tension, in a 45 minute class! I will be back to continue lessons.

Bonnie, taught me how to knit In a matter of minutes. I was a bit hesitant of taking an online course when it came to knitting however she is very tech savvy and placed the camera in a perfect position. I was able to see her and at the same time see where her hands were on the needles when she was teaching me how to knit. She is. very skillful teacher, calm and also very kind. If you have ever wanted to learn how to knit book a class with her and you will surely learn.

Bonnie is a very nice teacher, and she has really good experience to teach how to knit. she always can find a easy way to let me know how to do it.

Bonnie is the real deal. She's the BEST KNITTING TEACHER I've ever had - and I've had quite a few - because she actually knows how to teach! I set up a Zoom appointment so she could help me with a project I started in a local class. She instantly identified an error in the pattern that saved me hours of frustration. She then showed me how to do three new stitches using her Zoom camera and patiently watched me create them to make sure I understood. Most importantly, she's the first teacher to explain how to read and analyze a pattern while showing me her process so I can do it myself next time. That knowledge alone was priceless. She then showed me how to write out the next steps of the pattern - including showing me how she did the math to calculate the stitch decreases. But, I'm most excited about the fact that she also drew a PICTURE that demonstrated what the pattern was saying to do. She did this naturally - that's just her teaching style. I have to say, it's eye-opening. I feel like I just learned in one hour with Bonnie what would've taken me years to pick up bit by bit with other teachers I've had or family and friends.

Bonnie explained and demonstrated the knitting steps one by one several times. She is a slow and soft-speaking, patient instructor. Though knitting is difficult for a true beginner, I met the goal of five stitches and liked the class!

Bonnie has been wonderful....guiding me, teaching me. The online sessions are almost like she is there in the room with me! Very knowledgeable and experienced both with knitting and also zooming! I am grateful!

Bonnie really knows her stuff. Reading patterns is hard for a first timer and she goes through the patterns well. She does well teaching online and makes it easy to follow.

Bonnie is a great resource for knitting help! She's knowledgeable and patient. We did have a few tech issues, but she gave me extra time, which was above and beyond, since the issues mostly were from my end. I do have to say though, that a zoom lesson doesn't compare to being together in person, but it's still a good option when that isn't available.
