Camila Provenzale
About
I am a professional lyric soprano with an international career in opera and symphonic repertoire, having performed at venues such as Carnegie Hall, Gran Teatre del Liceu, Opera Frankfurt, Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, and Philharmonie de Paris. Before opera, I began as a child star in Brazil, singing jazz, pop, and bossa nova on national television. This early experience gave me versatility and musical depth that I bring into all vocal styles. I trained at the Opera Studio of Palau de les Arts in Spain and the Fundación Plácido Domingo. Today, alongside performing, I teach singers from all backgrounds to develop technical mastery and artistic expression, with over 8 years of teaching experience.
Teaching Style
My approach blends discipline with musicality. I tailor each lesson to the student’s background, whether classical, jazz, pop, or Brazilian music. I emphasize vocal health, technique, and emotional connection to the music. Coming from both classical and commercial music worlds, I offer a flexible and creative teaching environment that supports singers of all levels. From aspiring professionals to passionate hobbyists, I help students discover their true voice with joy and confidence.
Curriculum
I adapt my method based on the student’s goals. For classical singers, I work with foundational exercises (Vaccai, Marchesi, Concone) and standard arias and art songs. For pop, jazz, or Brazilian music, I focus on phrasing, breath flow, groove, and stylistic authenticity — including improvisation and interpretation. I also guide singers preparing for auditions, competitions, or performances. Each lesson is personalized and integrates vocal technique with storytelling and stylistic integrity.
