Christopher Green
About
Christopher was raised in a family of musicians. His mother was a concert pianist and music professor to whom he devoted countless hours of duet rehearsing. His foundations began at a summer program in Westport/Elizabethtown, NY and continued at the JHU Institute of Music where he received a graduate degree in cello. He landed a job with the Boulder Philharmonic and near the end of the season began dedicating more of his efforts toward teaching. He performs in Utah and his musical abilities and determination are respected here among those who watch his performances. During his first job as a public school teacher, his orchestras won top awards at Six Flags of Georgia. He recently has been a distinguished cello solo artist at Abravannel Hall in Salt Lake City and other large concert halls in Utah.
