About

I am a classically trained pianist and flutist with a strong academic and artistic background. My teaching combines solid technical foundations with musical understanding and expressive development. I work with beginners, intermediate, and advanced students, including adults returning to music. Lessons are structured, personalized, and adapted to each student’s goals, level, and pace. My approach emphasizes healthy technique, repertoire, listening skills, general culture and musical awareness, helping students build confidence, consistency, and a meaningful relationship with music.

Teaching Style

My teaching style is structured, attentive, and student-centered. I adapt each lesson to the individual goals, level, and learning pace of the student, combining technical work with musical understanding and expression.

I focus on healthy technique, clear musical concepts, and developing independence and confidence in practice. Lessons are practical, focused, and conducted in a calm, supportive environment, without tension or pressure. The goal is to help students develop a positive relationship with music and enjoy a meaningful, pleasant learning experience while achieving steady artistic growth.

Credentials & Affiliations

I believe that the education we receive is fundamental to how we later educate ourselves and develop as artists and individuals. With this in mind, I would like to share the institutions where I received my musical training, completed in 2017:
I have two distinct and equally important conservatory-level professional trainings, completed at different stages of my musical education. I first earned a degree in Flute Performance from the Amadeo Roldán Conservatory of Music in Havana, Cuba, where I also trained as a flute instructor and ensamble practice teacher.

After that, I completed a second conservatory-level program in Jazz Piano and Brazilian Popular Music at EMESP Tom Jobim (São Paulo State School of Music), one of Brazil’s leading music institutions. Altogether, I have completed 17 years of formal studies in recognized music institutions. In addition to my formal education, I have extensive practical, professional experience gained through active work as a musician and teacher.
