Crystal Lawrence

Crystal Lawrence has been knitting since her Grannie taught her when she was 11. She has always been fascinated by the next challenge around the corner and when her friend and owner of a LYS offered to sell her a knitting machine 12 years ago she was hooked. Almost everything she has learned for MK has come from experimentation, hand knitting know-how, and vintage books. YouTube didn’t hurt either. She enjoys sharing her knowledge and helping others both understand machine knitting and create something beautiful.

Crystal is a native of and currently resides in Western North Carolina with her 2 cats Pasch and CassiePie. Her other hobbies include spinning, weaving, and dyeing yarns as well as making her own skin care, because why not.
