Hello! I'm Dan Hegelund, an acclaimed producer, composer, and vocal coach with a broad resume that includes studio recordings, radio and TV broadcasts, and performances at prestigious venues such as the Presidential Palace in Kiev, events for the Latvian Government, Clash of the Choirs, Coca-Cola Holiday Caravan, Christmas Spectacular, Northwest Folklife Festival, and Leavenworth’s 50th Anniversary Christmas Lighting Festival.

Credentials & Affiliations
As the founder of the River Tech School of Performing Arts, my enthusiasm for music education permeates every endeavor I undertake. With 30 years of experience teaching both adults and children, I bring a wealth of knowledge and passion to each lesson.
I hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Uppsala University, Sweden. In addition to my academic background, I have extensive formal music training and am proficient in six languages, having lived in four countries and traveled to over 30. This global experience enhances my teaching with diverse cultural perspectives.
