About
🎶 About Me – Farid Parish 🎶
I’m a musician, singer, and educator with extensive experience in both performance and music education. I began studying music at the age of ten with piano. After several years, I met my main teacher, Maestro Loris Hovian, who taught me music theory, solfège, harmony, and composition. To expand my knowledge and stay current with modern teaching and performance practices, I’ve completed several professional development courses, including “Singing Popular Music” and “Teaching Popular Music in the Classroom” from Berklee Online, as well as “Fundamentals of Music Theory” from the University of Edinburgh.
As a performer at the age of 18 From 2015 to 2020, I was an active member of the University of Tehran Choir, performing a wide range of classical repertoire, including works by Mozart, Bach, Handel, and contemporary Iranian composers. During this time, I participated in over 30 concerts at the university’s branches and major concert venues across Tehran, such as Vahdat Hall and Roudaki Hall. In addition to performing, I contributed as an arranger and composer, creating original choral works and adaptations for both the choir and collaborative orchestral performances. These experiences allowed me to refine my skills in ensemble coordination, vocal blending, sight-reading, and choral interpretation, while gaining practical insight into rehearsal processes, collaborative leadership, and the artistic considerations involved in presenting cohesive, expressive performances.
Since 2020, I’ve been teaching one-on-one and online private music and singing classes. In 2024, I began working with another platform, which has given me the opportunity to teach students globally from the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. My teaching focuses on vocal technique, interpretation, and emotional connection to the lyrics. I also prepare students for exams and performance projects, helping them build confidence, expression, and musical understanding.

Prior Experience and Achievements
I began my teaching journey by offering private, face-to-face music lessons to local students, where I gained valuable experience in personalized instruction and classroom interaction. After some time, I joined another educational platform, where I’ve been teaching online since 2024. Through that platform, I’ve worked with students from the USA, Canada, the UK, and Australia, helping them grow in singing, and music theory. My work there has brought me significant achievements and positive feedback from students around the world.
In my vocal lessons, I focus on helping each student discover their own unique voice while building a strong technical foundation. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to refine your skills, my classes are designed to improve your control, expression, and confidence through personalized guidance in the following areas:

🎶 My Teaching Method 🎶
My approach to teaching singing is built on the belief that every voice is unique and deserves personalized guidance. I combine classical vocal technique with modern, practical exercises to help students sing healthily and confidently.
Each lesson is tailored to the student’s goals—whether building a strong foundation as a beginner, improving vocal range and flexibility, or preparing for choir, solo, or stage performance. I emphasize breathing, posture, diction, and expression, ensuring singers not only gain technical control but also learn to communicate emotion through music.
Although I have a strong background in classical music and choir repertoire, I am equally capable of teaching in any style—from pop and jazz to traditional and contemporary—always adapting techniques to fit the student’s preferred genre.
Because I also compose for orchestras and choirs, I bring an artistic perspective that connects technique with real musicality. My students learn not only how to sing correctly but also how to shape phrases, interpret songs, and bring their individuality into every performance.
Above all, my method is patient, supportive, and adaptable—designed to help students grow step by step, with clarity, confidence, and joy in singing.
