About

Hello! My name is Francisco Halvey, but you can call me Frankie! I have been singing professionally since I was 8 years old, mainly in the choral setting, but in the last 5 years have expanded into Musical Theatre and Pop singing. During my time as a professional singer, I have toured with a group all over the country, and have performed at various venues with my group, including the New York Stock Exchange, Radio City Music Hall, and on NBC's: Today Show. I really enjoy teaching people at all different levels, and I truly believe that anyone can sing when given the proper set of tools.

Teaching Style

I believe in teaching technique, and helping students build the toolkit they need to sing. My recommendations will vary greatly from student to student, and I will ensure that I meet students where they are and help them grow as musicians. I also am a strong advocate for vocal pedagogy, which is the science behind the voice. I believe that the more a student knows about their voice, the more they can learn how to control it, and find what feels and sounds good for them.
