Gerphil Geraldine Libanan
About
I’m a professional singer and vocal coach with over 18 years of performance experience and 5 years of teaching experience. I perform both locally and internationally, sharing my love for music through concerts, festivals, and special events. I enjoy helping students of all ages and backgrounds discover the beauty of their own voice and the joy of singing with confidence and expression.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is supportive, personalized, and goal-oriented. I strive to create a positive and encouraging environment where students can freely explore their voice without tension or fear. Every lesson is tailored to meet the student’s level, pace, and musical interests, ensuring growth that feels both fun and fulfilling.
Curriculum
I use the McClosky Technique, which emphasizes relaxation, body alignment, and freedom of tone production. This method allows students to sing with ease, resonance, and endurance while preventing strain. I also integrate breathing coordination, vocal exercises, and practical application to songs suited to the student’s style, whether classical, musical theater, or contemporary. My goal is to help every student achieve vocal freedom and authentic expression.
