Giulia Faria

Hello! I am Giulia, Brazilian singer and music teacher.

I've being playing the guitar since I was 10 and later, at 17, I decided to go to the University to study music and in 2017 I finished my Bachelor's in Music Education ai University of São Paulo. In 2019, I discovered the love for singing baroque music and in 2020 I moved to Switzerland to study at Schola Cantorum Basiliensis, an excellent Early Music school. There I completed a Bachelor's in Singing (Renaissance-Romantic) and a Master's in Vocal Pedagogy.

Since 2017 I've been teaching singing and guitar (popular and classical music for both) live and from 2020 also online. Teaching is one of my biggest passions in life, and that is why I dedicated to many years studying to better help my students to achieve their musical goals. 

I teach in a really personalized way, which means, despite I have in mind that there are fundamentals which must be learned by everyone, I make every lesson different, because every person is unique and has her/his own process, own goals, wishes and passions. Therefore I always try to offer a personalized feedback to my students and together we build the structure for practicing and advancing on their musical abilities.
