About

I'm a professional bandoneon player with nearly 20 years of experience. I graduated as a bandoneon Technician from the Manuel de Falla Conservatory of Music in Buenos Aires in 2015. I've studied with masters like Rodolfo Daluisio and Néstor Marconi, and I've performed concerts at the National Historical Museum and the Library of Congress in Argentina. I've also been featured on BBC Radio 4 and am a founding member of Desbande Quintet, with whom we performed at Milton Court, London, in 2024 (see the YouTube link below!).

Teaching Style

My lessons are tailored for students of all levels and ages. If you are a mature student, expect a great deal of technical explanation and excellent English skills to convey ideas (I studied in London for 5 years).

Curriculum

I focus on the technical fundamentals that I have learned in the conservatory, solo interpretation, and on studying ear training and harmony concepts directly from the instrument. While I primarily work repertoire building through tangos, I also encourage students to learn some classical pieces for pedagogical purposes. Furthermore, I actively encourage students to find opportunities to play and share music with other musicians.
