About
Born in Armenia (1960)
I am a professional violinist and educator with an extensive international career as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral leader, and conservatory professor.
I began my concert career at the age of 11, performing as a soloist and as a member of the Fortepiano Trio in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, various Soviet republics, and across Europe. I have appeared frequently on radio and television and have been invited as a soloist with the National Orchestras of Armenia.
My concert activity includes numerous international tours and performances as a soloist and chamber musician (trios and quartets) in Armenia, Moscow, Saint Petersburg, Minsk (Belarus), Riga (Latvia), Chișinău (Moldova), Milan, Turin, Vercelli, Stuttgart, Dublin, Munich, Dresden, Cologne, and other European cities.
I served as Concertmaster of the “Virtuosos of Armenia” Chamber Orchestra and was a member of the National Trio “David Jandgyan.”

Teaching Style
My teaching style is structured, supportive, and student-centered, combining the traditions of the Russian violin schools with modern pedagogical approaches.
I adapt each lesson to the student’s age, technical level, and personal goals, whether they are beginners, intermediate students, or advanced performers. I emphasize solid technical foundations, musical expression, disciplined practice habits, and confidence in performance.
I create a respectful and motivating learning environment, helping students develop not only technical skills but also musical understanding, stylistic awareness, and artistic independence.
