I am currently in Portugal after i left Guildhall School of Music and Drama where i was studying  classical guitar.

My availability is flexible, so feel free to contact me before you book a lesson!

Although I only recently joined Lessonface, I have been teaching  children since 2014.  I have started by teaching guitar in the Music Academy of Pinhel, Portugal and, after moving to London, i have been tutoring music to students, in person and online. My student's ages go from 5 to 65 years old. 

I have played solo, with orchestras or with other chamber music groups in different contexts and venues all over Europe like Centro Cultural de Belém (CCB) in Lisbon, Barbican and the Roundhouse in London, festivals like "Allegromosso European Youth Music Festival" in Italy, "Serralves em Festa" in Portugal and others.

My training is mainly classical but i play rock, pop, flamenco, blues, metal, a bit of jazz, traditional music and other styles that i am always happy to learn about. I play guitar, bass, percussion, and i am currently learning the flute.

I am very happy to teach whoever wants to learn music regardless of their age!

We can go as far as the student wants. We can do a classical approach including technique, score reading, even a bit of theory. Or we can learn basics, chords etc...

I adapt the teaching style to the student's availability, personality and goals.

I am open to suggestions, i do appreciate them, because that means that the student honestly wants to be involved in the process of learning.
