About

Hello, my name is Irina and I am living in Cyprus. I am a certified Opera Singer, Composer and Music Teacher with 1 year of teaching experience. I was singing as a soloist with Cyprus and Chech Symphony Orchestras. Also I took part as a choir singer in music projects such as Mozart's Requiem, Beethoven's Fantasy, Borodin's Polovitsian Dances and many others. I am a Classic Composer and I wrote a Ballet for Symphony Orchestra, Valses and Arias. Currently I am working on my debut Pop Album with my own music and lyrics. I am a Poet and Songwriter. I play Acoustic and Electric Guitar and Piano. I love dancing and I had experience in dance concerts and competitions. Also I love makeup, I'm a self taught makeup artist doing commercial makeup and cosplays with sfx makeup. I also love teaching music. I'm teaching vocal (opera voice, academic vocal, pop vocal), Piano, Composition, improvisation and music theory. I am teaching for all levels and ages. I hold a Bachelor in Music from Arte Music Academy, Cyprus, where I studied Opera Singing, Composition, Music Theory, and Music Pedagogy. I offer private lessons in vocal, piano, composition, and music theory, tailored to each student’s goals and level. Lessons combine practical exercises, theory, ear training, and repertoire practice, designed to be effective and engaging. Currently I am pursuing a Master’s degree in Music Pedagogy in European University of Cyprus.

Discover the magic of music with me! As an Opera Singer, Composer, and Music Teacher with 1 year of experience, I bring a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our lessons. Together, we'll dive into vocal training, piano, rhythm, music theory, improvisation and composition, all while having fun with interactive "music games" and open discussion. Let's unlock your musical potential!

Teaching Style

I use recognized music teaching methods in my lessons: the Kodály Method for developing ear training, rhythm, and music literacy through singing and rhythm exercises, Orff Schulwerk for learning through play, movement, and creative ensemble activities, and Dalcroze Eurhythmics for developing rhythm and coordination through movement and musical exercises.

My teaching style is friendly, supportive, and motivating. I design lessons individually to meet each student’s goals, combining practice and theory to make learning effective and enjoyable.

Lessons include a combination of theory, practical exercises, ear training, improvisation, and repertoire practice, all tailored to each student’s goals and level. Lessons are interactive and designed to be engaging, motivating, and effective.

Curriculum

Custom materials and exercises selected for each student’s level and goals. Lessons are personalized, so the content is adapted to what the student needs most, combining practice, theory, and creative exercises.
