Jacob Hartis

Hello! My name is Jacob Hartis and I play the French Horn! I have several years of experience in private instruction and nearly 10 years of professional performing experience! I received my Bachelor's Degree in Music Performance from Young Harris College and I am expected to graduate in May with my Master's Degree in Music Performance at Georgia State University. I have played in many chamber orchestras, classical bands, and orchestras. I am currently the third horn in the Alpharetta Symphony Orchestra as well. I have participated in many masterclasses with numerous great individuals such as Brice Andrus, Jacqueline Rainey, Chris Castellanos, and many more! 

My approach to playing the horn is focused on the fundamentals. With a strong foundation, anything can be achieved.
