Jordana Delgado

I am a musician and music teacher with more than 20 years of experience. As my parents worked in the music industry I grew up around music and showed interest in it at a very young age. I studied piano and cello at the historic Liceu Conservatory in Barcelona.  After completing my piano diploma I took interest in modern music and I studied harmony and arrangements in jazz. Besides, as I always had a passion for singing, I took voice lessons for several years.

I also have more than 20 years of experience as a musician playing piano, cello, singing and also composing and arranging music. I have been part of classical, pop, world music, and a cappella bands and theatre plays. I released my first piano solo album Rainy Times in 2021 and my EP Seasons in July 2024. You can find them both on all digital and social media platforms.

Besides my teaching experience, I hold a master’s degree in Music School Management and was an academic manager at several music schools for more than 7 years before starting my own piano studio.

My favourite aspect of teaching is getting to know my students. Every one of you is different and has a different learning style. By discovering how you think and learn, I can build a personalized approach for each of you.

During my 17 years teaching, I have worked with many different methodologies and gathered tons of resources and skills. When I teach, I combine all those resources so I can tailor your lesson according to your preferences and ideal learning style.

I also was a music school academic manager for 7 years before starting my own music studio. During that time I addressed parents and students' demands and concerns and mentored students to help them achieve their professional careers.
