Teaching Style

Sign to your dream label. Learn from a university lecturer, seasoned producer, and label owner with over 1M+ streams and global DJ support. My one-to-one Ableton Live coaching is fully tailored, combining practical techniques with deep industry insight.

Beginners — Build strong foundations: navigate Ableton confidently, program drums, structure tracks, and create music that sounds genuinely good.
Intermediate producers — Tighten arrangements, elevate your sound design, and mix like a pro.
Advanced artists — Finalise release-ready tracks, overcome creative blocks, and develop a strategy to sign to quality labels.

Common topics include:

Ableton workflow and interface

Drum programming and bassline design

Sound selection and synthesis

Arrangement and creative structure

Mixing for clarity and impact

Finishing tracks consistently

Approaching labels and signing deals

Lessons are goal-oriented and practical, focused on helping you make music you're proud of — and helping it reach the right ears.

Curriculum

I take a hands-on, project-based approach tailored to each student's goals. I don’t teach from fixed textbooks, but I do recommend listening lists, technical resources, and real-world label research depending on level and interest. All students receive feedback on their tracks and personalised action plans to keep moving forward between lessons.

I will also of cours recommend my production book when I finish it.
