About
Kim Langley founded YarnStory, an LYS in Honolulu, where she taught hundreds of people to knit and introduced many to the joy of hand knit socks. Currently based in Wisconsin, she developed a fascination with sheep breeds and works with local shepherds and woolen mills to create breed specific yarns; view the results at www.purveyoroffineyarns.com. Kim has been spreading her fascination with short rows, sheep breeds, and socks by teaching at fiber festivals across the Midwest (Shepherd’s Harvest, Wisconsin Sheep & Wool and others). You will find her wearing a much worn, much mended sweater and brightly colored hand knit socks.
