Teaching Style

I teach positive and productive online lessons using the best available technology and learning methods.

My goal is to bring the best out of beginning to intermediate players using a holistic and minimalist musical approach: you only learn what you really need to know.

Can you pick up an instrument and play "Happy Birthday" in a key suited to your voice? I can show you how.

Need theory tutoring? Notes are just A-B-C's and 1-2-3's. Let music theory be your friend, not your enemy.

Interested in songwriting? I can show you techniques for improving your technical and creative skills in any musical style.

Curriculum

No book or music text is required, as I provide all visual materials needed to learn an instrument.

For visual reinforcement, I use a combination of self-made PDFs and playing tools, including play-along tracks.
