About
My name is Manuela Rodriguez , i have been playing classical piano for 10 years, I study at the conservatory of music in the Dominican Republic and at this moment I am currently doing my associates degree in music education and music performance at the Borough of Manhattan Community College, i have also take conducting lessons with high level musicians like Miguel Hearth Bedoya. I am currently studying with the pianist Amber Hsuan Liao who had performed several times at the Carnegie Hall.
Teaching Style
At the conservatory of music of Santo Domingo I used to teach theory class and aural skills I also won a summer scholarship to study with the conductor Miguel Hearth Bedoya. I am currently studying music performance and working at my piano technique.
Curriculum
I don't believe there's a stablished method to start I believe every teacher needs to find out what technique is good for their students, but if I had to start with something I will definitely start teaching baroque style for example Bach.
