About
Hi! I have been playing saxophone and bassoon for 31 years. I also play clarinet, flute, oboe, piano, ukulele, and guitar. I can play the brass & percussion instruments too. I am an elementary and middle school instrumental music teacher in the public schools . I have been teaching for 21 years in the public schools and 26 years of private teaching. I am also very committed to using music as a therapeutic tool to help achieve social, emotional, physical, and cognitive goals. I was named 40 under 40 by Pittsburgh Magazine and Pump for my work in teaching music and special education. I have played in many different bands for events such as weddings and celebrations. I look forward to helping you through your musical journey!
