About
I am a cellist, specialized in Tango, Argentine folklore, contemporary music and education.
Cello teacher at the C. Guastavino conservatory in Buenos Aires, the province's orchestra and choir program and the city's "music for equity" program. I also work as a children's orchestra director, arranger and occasional composer.
Graduated from the A. Piazzolla Conservatory in Buenos Aires and the G. Verdi Conservatory in Milan. I have completed my specialization in Argentine Tango and Folklore at the University of San Martin and also at the E. Balcarce Tango School Orchestra. I participated in Master Classes and cello courses with the main exponents of my instrument, such as Enrico Dindo, Stanimir Todorov, Wieland Kuijken, Christine Walewska, Benjamin Shapira, Jaques Morelenbaum among others, composition with Mauro Lanza, Guido Fachini and IRCAM. Among my main teachers in cello are Stanimir Todorov, Marco Bernardin, Matias Villafane, Mauricio Veber, Wladimir Glagol and in composition, arrangements and Argentine popular music Ramiro Gallo, Andres Pilar, Juan Falu, Emilio Balcarce.
Teaching Style
I am a flexible teacher according to each context, and I like to design classes according to the specific needs of each student. I teach instrumental technique, interpretation, style, arrangements and composition using classical and modern methods depending on what the student is looking for, needs and proposes.
