Matthew James Lanni

I have my B.M. in music education from West Chester University and have been teaching in person lessons since 2015 and online lessons since 2020. I have worked at 3 separate established music studios full time since 2015 and have worked with over 500 students during that time. I have countless hours of experience teaching trumpet, piano, flute, clarinet, saxophone, guitar, bass guitar, and drums to students of all ages and abilities. I love to help students reach their goals and develop as a musician!

The components I like to work into each lessons are as follows:

3. Repertoire

I use the repertoire that we are learning to teach aspects of music theory and technique, so it is something that is actively happening while learning a song that you hopefully enjoy. I want you to enjoy lessons and feel a sense of accomplishment, so we will work on songs and styles that you are passionate about.
