Hello! I’m Michael, and I’m from Australia. Music has been a central part of my life since I started playing guitar at the age of 4. Over the past decade, I’ve built a successful career as a musician, performing all over the world, including China, the USA, and Europe, as well as at renowned festivals such as SXSW (Austin, Texas, USA), Splendour in the Grass (Byron Bay, Australia), and Primavera Sound (Barcelona, Spain). As a member of the band SAFIA, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to play sold-out tours across Australia and internationally.

I also studied tertiary music, which gave me a solid foundation in both the technical and creative aspects of my craft. Currently, I’m the drummer and producer for SAFIA, but guitar remains my first love. I’m passionate about passing on my knowledge and helping others discover their own love for music. My goal as a teacher is to inspire and support each student on their unique musical journey, helping them develop both skill and confidence.
