Today, Folkwear is based in Asheville, NC, under the leadership of Molly Hamilton. Molly learned to sew at a very young age, taught by her grandmother, a talented seamstress. Molly took over Folkwear when her youngest child started school, embracing its vision of providing authentic, beautiful, and functional home sewing patterns for clothing from around the world and across decades.
