Hello! My name is Nick Branscome and welcome to my profile! I am a professional musician and guitar instructor from North Carolina. I have been playing guitar since age 11 and have 10+ years of teaching experience. I began teaching at a local music store when I was 16 and began teaching professionally at Love That Music in Kernersville, North Carolina in 2019. In that same year, my band recorded a hard rock version of "The Devil Went Down To Georgia" which gained millions of views on social media! I have played big festivals such as The Lexington BBQ Festival and I have played a stadium in Asheville, NC with my role in all of this being the guitarist. I specialize in rock guitar guitar playing but can teach multiple genres including pop, country, metal and even some bluegrass! I do not teach the student what I think they need to learn. I teach the student what he or she WANTS to learn! My strengths include but are not limited to right hand technique, hybrid picking, alternate picking, songwriting, home recording and more! At the very first lesson, we will assess your goals and aspirations and get started from there!
