About

I’ve been teaching violin for about six years, with the last four focused on online lessons. Through over 6,000 lessons, I’ve developed methods to help students improve and find more joy in their playing.

In 2019, I graduated from the Anton Rubinstein Higher Institute of Art in Moldova as a Pedagogue and Orchestra Artist. My passion for teaching has connected me with musicians and music lovers worldwide. Since I started teaching online in 2020, I've learned that anyone, regardless of age or background, can learn or enhance their violin skills with dedication, discipline, and a supportive teacher.

I’m proud to have helped over 150 students globally deepen their understanding, overcome frustrations, and break bad habits. Some have gone on to win competitions, join orchestras, and excel in exams. It’s incredibly rewarding to see them grow and succeed in their musical journey.

Teaching Style

Learning the violin should be enjoyable and stress-free, with each step clearly understood and manageable. My goal is to simplify violin concepts to ensure that you can enjoy both the learning process and the sound you produce. From the very first lessons, I emphasize mastering key techniques —such as bow grip, right arm mechanics, finger placement, bow pulling and etc — that are crucial for achieving a high-quality sound.

Honesty and sincerity are essential in teaching. Just as a doctor seeks to treat the root cause of an issue, I focus on identifying and addressing the underlying challenges in your playing. This approach ensures lasting progress and provides personalized guidance tailored to your needs.

Trust and a friendly relationship between student and teacher are vital for effective learning. I encourage open communication, where students feel comfortable sharing their thoughts and questions, no matter how simple they may seem. Mistakes are a natural part of learning, and I support students in experimenting and learning from these experiences without fear of judgment.

It's never too late to start or improve on the violin. Improvement comes from understanding and applying new information, regardless of age, background, or talent. My teaching approach blends the best ideas from various respected violin schools, such as Galamian, Mazas, Yankelevich, Mazel, Fischer. I provide tailored practice materials to meet each student's unique needs and skill levels, ensuring they have the tools necessary for success
