For intermediate and advanced - jazz, impovization, composing, arranging.
Teaching Style
I create a structured, personalized lesson plan according to the students' needs and wants.
We define weak points in your playing, and I then create a structured plan.
Some students chose the option to also receive additional video feedback. Especially if lessons are on Zoom,
Chord melody arranging is often implemented, especially if the student wants and needs to expand their chord voicing vocabulary and theoretical knowledge.
I of course include Jazz theory, a few improvisation methods and approaches, yet focusing on one at the time, as well as transcribing and analyzing music.

Credentials & Affiliations
During lockdown, I was teaching in an international US-based online guitar school, working with students from Berklee as well as students based in NYC.
I began studying jazz guitar officially in 2003 and have expanded my knowledge and experience over the years since then.
I have been playing and teaching for 26+ years.
I will never stop learning; I am very passionate about learning and improving until this day.
I am also a gigging musician, and a lot of my experience comes from playing with other musicians as well as studying books and records. School can only teach you so much. I also used to run a jazz jam weekly for four years in London.
I also have some experience in flamenco and finger-style guitar.
