Paul Fredericks

Paul Fredericks is a 33 year old Degreed & Multi-Certified Music Teacher in the state of Connecticut. He studied jazz piano, guitar, and composition at the University of Bridgeport where he got his Bachelors in Music Performance with a focus on Music Education & Composition. He has been teaching for over 20 years in multiple music schools across CT. Such as Music & Arts in Fairfield & Westport, & Blue Bus Music in Ridgefield. He is also an online teacher for Musika Lessons, Wyzant, Lessons.com, & Lessonface.com.

Paul has most recently finished 2 Specialization Certifications from the Berklee School of Music. Consisting of focuses on Music Education, Jazz Improv, Music Production, Songwriting, & Arranging. Paul is known best for composing video game style music, and as a jazz pianist, and guitarist.

Paul has played over 200 hundred shows at such places as: Toads Place in New Haven, The Webster Theater in Hartford, The Bridgeport Bluefish Stadium now the Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater, the Shubert Theater in New Haven and more. He has opened for bands such as Foreigner, Buckethead, Hatebreed, & The Machine.

He has trained under such notable musicians and composers such as:
James Moody, Eric Singer, Jeffrey Johnson, Chris Coogan, Patrick Smith,, Gary Burton, &
Dan Arcamone to name a few.

Paul has worked as a studio musician on over 5 albums, and has also composed original scores, and tracks for over 5 video games on steam, browser, android, & more.
