While pursuing a degree in Computer Science at the University of Toronto, Prato also took minor courses in Music, where he had the opportunity to push the boundaries of tabla. His time at the university allowed him to experiment with new rhythmic structures and cross-genre collaborations, broadening his musical perspective and bringing fresh energy to his performances.
