I'm a violinist with 16 years of teaching experience, working with students of all ages/ levels. I believe that teacher should help a student to reveal, develop and enrich his/her personality through the music.  The lessons are adjusted for each student's needs individually, but, at the same time, the basis for all is a professional approach with detailed instructions. I have successfully prepared students for various challenges. such as local competitions and preparation for entrance exams to music colleges and universities.

I am a professional violinist and a member of several orchestras in Michigan.  I graduated from St. Petersburg Conservatory (Russia), and also have a Doctorate degree from Michigan State University in USA. 

 

 

Teaching Style

While striving to give the highest standard of instruction, I will make an individual lesson strategy to each student, paying close attention to their personality, needs, and goals : from relaxing and joyful playing to training for those who prepare to enter educational institutions with a music performance degree.  I believe the lessons should always be filled with positive energy and inspiration, because this is what supports us and helps us to grow and improve.
