Hello! My name is Toshi Morikawa, and I am a professional Japanese teacher based in Los Angeles, California.

I have over 25 years of experience teaching Japanese to students of all ages and levels, from complete beginners to advanced learners. I have taught children, teenagers, university students, business professionals, and retirees from many different countries.

My lessons are carefully tailored to each student’s goals. Whether you want to improve conversation skills, prepare for the JLPT, learn business Japanese, or get ready for a trip to Japan, I will create lessons that fit your needs and learning style.
