About

I’m Tyler. I’m a producer, rapper, singer, songwriter, audio engineer, sax player, and professor from Boston MA. My current artist project, Mozado, is where I’ve been releasing music since 2016. Since 2023 I’ve been a Professor at Berklee College of Music, teaching a number of music production courses for the Electronic Production & Design and Music Production & Engineering departments. I've been a finalist in the World Beat Battle and the International Songwriting Competition. My personal music has received millions of streams on each of the major platforms (Spotify, YouTube, TikTok, SoundCloud, etc...)

Teaching Style

My teaching style is very personalized since music is a personal artistic endeavor. I prefer to help students directly with their current projects/works and cover fundamentals that are relevant to what they are creating. This could mean mixing, songwriting, arranging, recording, composing, or sound design fundamentals. I find that students tend to already have a good amount of advanced techniques under their belts when they approach me, but often have gaps in their knowledge that prevent them from connecting dots and leveling up. I try to find those gaps, fill them in, and then help my students grow into their next form.
