About
I am an active solo performer, chamber musician, and dedicated educator. With a passion for sharing music that enriches lives, I seek to inspire and connect with audiences through performances and teachings. I began studying classical guitar at the age of 10 and, in 2015, moved to the United States to further my guitar studies and pursue a deeper exploration of music. As a passionate soloist, I have performed on renowned stages across the United States. My repertoire spans classical masterpieces, contemporary works, and cross-cultural compositions, reflecting my dedication to artistic diversity and innovation. An accomplished chamber musician, I have collaborated with diverse ensembles and instrumentalists, showcasing versatility and artistry across various styles and repertoire.
Teaching Style
During my time at Arizona State University, I taught collegiate-level guitar courses, working with diverse students across performance, education, therapy, and non-music majors. I created inclusive lesson plans fostering technical growth and artistic expression. My teaching philosophy blends American and Chinese pedagogical approaches, fostering artistry and technical excellence.
