I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Theatrical Arts from the Higher Institute of Dramatic Arts (HITA), Syria, and a Professional Dance Diploma from Trinity UK at Sharjah Performing Arts Academy (SPAA).

With 9 years of experience in theater, film, and teaching, my diverse skill set spans dance, acting, choreography, and art direction. My artistic journey has taken me across Syria, Lebanon, Qatar, and the UAE.

My notable work includes performances at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, the IFFA Ceremony with Dance It Out Dubai in Abu Dhabi, the Summer Dance Movie with Jameel Arts Centre, and COP28 with Energie Entertainment at Expo Dubai.

Alongside performance, I teach Contemporary Dance at T6 Dance Studio in Dubai and Ballet Fitness at Akasa Wellness, and have worked as an assistant choreographer at the Higher Institute of Theatrical Arts.

I am also the founder of “Meet Your Body” workshops — a dance therapy series integrating contemporary dance and improvisation to enhance psychological well-being, body awareness, and physical fitness.

My teaching style begins with preparing the body through strength, flexibility, and agility training, followed by coordination exercises that engage both the body and mind, enhancing awareness and harmony between different body parts.

From there, I guide students into improvisation practices to explore new movement possibilities and build a deeper self-connection. Using exercises inspired by shapes, numbers, spatial levels (from high to low), and varied speeds, students are encouraged to discover their own unique physical rhythm and expression.

Finally, we learn a short movement phrase tailored to the learner’s age and physical ability. This phrase functions as a small routine that integrates all the elements of the class. Depending on the focus, the phrase may draw from Contemporary, Jazz, Modern, or Fusion styles, allowing students to apply technique, creativity, and expression in one complete practice.
