Zhasmina Temelkova

Hello and welcome! My name is Zhasmina Temelkova, and I’m a soprano based in Vienna, Austria.
I’m passionate about helping singers of all levels discover their unique sound, develop healthy technique, and experience the joy of truly expressive singing.

🎶 My Background

I hold both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Voice Performance with distinction from the Musik und Kunst Privatuniversität der Stadt Wien (MUK).
I continue my artistic development with Krassimira Stoyanova, one of today’s leading sopranos, focusing on deepening my technique and musical expression.

I have performed in opera productions and concerts across Europe, including roles such as:

• Marzellina in Beethoven’s Fidelio at the Stadttheater Baden,

• Lucia in Lucia di Lammermoor at the Mediterranean Opera Studio in Sicily,
  and numerous performances with the Varna State Opera and Nordhausen Theater.

I’ve also been a recipient of the Boris Christoff Scholarship for the Santa Cecilia Opera Studio in Rome.

I believe that every singer has a beautiful, authentic voice waiting to be discovered.
In my lessons, I focus on:

• Healthy vocal technique — breath control, resonance, and freedom of sound

• Expressive communication — connecting emotion and text naturally

• Confidence and joy — creating a positive, motivating space to grow

I combine classical technique with modern understanding of the body and breath, always adapting to each student’s level and goals.
