I am a passionate multi-instrumentalist and dedicated music educator specializing in guitar and keyboard instruction, holding a diploma from the ACTS Academy of Higher Education (graduated July 14, 2017). My primary strength as an instructor lies in translating complex music theory, fretboard mechanics, and expressive keyboard technique into clear, accessible milestones. Having been honored with multiple Best Teacher Awards throughout my career, I focus on creating a supportive, patient environment where students of all ages and backgrounds can build genuine confidence from day one.
With over 10 years of institutional teaching experience, I have led music programs across prominent schools in South India, including Sri Saraswati Vidya Mandir in Coimbatore, KALS in Coorg, and Sri Prakash in Kakinada. In addition to classroom instruction, I bring more than six years of dedicated online teaching experience through leading platforms such as Muzigal, Spardha, and Furtados School of Music (FSM). This diverse instructional background enables me to adapt seamlessly to virtual formats, crafting structured, personalized lesson plans that balance technical discipline, ear training, and repertoire tailored to each learner's individual goals.
Alongside teaching, I am an active performing musician with extensive stage and live production experience. I perform as a key band member across prominent gospel groups including Christian Peers, R4C Band, and L4J Band, frequently staging live concerts, worship events, and original song performances across Visakhapatnam and Andhra Pradesh. This rich real-world performance background directly enriches my lessons, allowing me to mentor students not only in core technique, but also in stage presence, live band dynamics, rhythmic precision, and authentic musical expression.

My teaching approach is student-centered, focusing on developing strong foundational skills while encouraging creativity and confidence. I tailor each lesson to the individual’s pace and goals, ensuring steady progress through practical exercises, theory integration, and performance techniques. I also emphasize ear training, rhythm development, and expression to help students become well-rounded musicians.
For younger learners, I make classes interactive and engaging through fun musical activities, while advanced students receive more technical and stylistic training suited to their level.

My teaching philosophy is centered on building a robust technical foundation while fostering a deep appreciation for music. I specialize in preparing students for successful outcomes in international music examinations. I am highly proficient in the Trinity College London (TCL), RockSchool (RSL), and ABRSM curricula. I have a proven ability to guide students through the specific requirements of these syllabi, including sight-reading, technical exercises, aural tests, and repertoire performance.
