About
I am a K-5 General Music Teacher in Florida. I received my Bachelors Degree of Fine Arts Degree in Music, focusing on the violin, from the University of Connecticut and my Masters of Arts in Teaching at Sacred Heart University. I have played with various community orchestras and chamber groups in both Connecticut and Florida.
I have been teaching private violin lessons for over 10 years and have worked with students of all ages from age 4-adults. .
Teaching Style
My violin students can expect to improve their playing techniques from week to week. We will focus on foundational techniques such as scales and bowing, relevant exercises, and pieces of music from a variety of styles and genres. We can also work towards personal musical goals such as ensemble music, audition preparation, or special requests
