About
Welcome! l'm trained singer with master’s degrees in both performing and teaching voice from The Boston Conservatory and Westminster Choir College. In addition to teaching I also work as a freelance vocalist. In 2019 I collaborated with Australian composer Diana Blom in the premiere of "Southern Songs," a set of art songs for soprano. I was also part of the choir featured on a Deutsche Grammophon album released in January of 2020. This recording features a live performance of Mahler's 8th Symphony by The Philadelphia Orchestra, along with many guest artists, and conducted by Yannick Nézet-Séguin.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is nurturing and fun. I teach students of all ages, focusing on their individual needs, and help them to find their own unique singing voice. I teach a variety of singing styles, depending on what each student's singing goals are and what styles they are interested in. The goal is to help you to sing in a healthy way that is authentic to you no matter what style you are singing in!
