Shadi Frick

I am an Illinois Certified Music Educator of 18 years in public school.  I currently teach at Carbondale Middle School in Illinois.  My expertise is with beginning instrumental music through high school.  While my specialty is woodwinds, particularly saxophone, I am competent in playing and teaching all band instruments. I also teach bass guitar and beginning piano

My teaching style is focused on the love for music and playing a musical instrument. The way I measure student growth is differentiated for every student based on prior experience (if any) and learning ability.
