Hi I'm Fabio Tucci

I started studying drums at the age of 8, taking private lessons of drums up to 2004 year in which I moved to Rome where he studied Jazz Latin Drums, Theory, Solfeggio, at St. Louis College of Music, one of the most prestigious music schools in Italy.


I participated during the years in several master classes, Kim Plainfield, Jojo Mayer, Horacio Hernandez, Peter Erskine and more. I've played for years all around Italy with orchestras and bands of various styles, Pop B.band and folk music.


I've also recorded couple of EP with italian young artists and bands, experienced working on Recordings Studios in Rome as a session man


In 2009 I've started to work on cruise ships, MSC, COSTA, in 2013 I begun working as show band drummer on board RCCL later on PRINCES cruise lines and then CUNARD HOLLAND AMERICA LINES.

I will have a practical approach to the study of the instrument, I will guide the student from the study of the basic technique and instructions for a correct posture on the instrument to the advanced technique of playing.

It will not be a purely technical study, ( although fundamental )  but we will learn the right techniques together to allow the student to achieve his goal without losing sight of the music and musicality.

We will analyze the technical and practical aspects of each musical style, we will learn how to play with a click and / or a sequencer rather than backing tracks , we will deal with sight reading a drum chart, rhythmic solfeggio, we will always apply the study of the technique at the service of the music.

It will be a progressive study with the student and his ambitions at the center, I will train and provide the student, based on my knowledge, all the tools necessary to be able to work at professional level.
