Kendra Rempel

Hello and thanks for visiting my profile page. My love of music and playing the violin and viola began very early through my school music program. To continue my pursuit after graduation, I was awarded a scholarship to study music performance and education at Colorado University in Boulder and Brandon University in Manitoba, Canada. My career as a teacher, recording artist, and performer are a continuing passion I hope to share and pass on to all of my students. Here are a couple of reviews my students have shared....

Kendra is fantastic! She is enthusiastic, challenging, & kind. She is flexible with practice times given my son’s busy schedule. She is consistent & on time! I cannot say enough about how much we value Kendra’s support! My son has been taking in-home viola lessons with her for the past couple of years and has made steady progress. He looks forward to his lessons, even during the summer months! He is part of Asheville Symphony Youth Orchestra & made the leap from chamber group to concert orchestra this past year. Good stuff! Having taught and performed for over 30 years, I have had the pleasure of working with students of all levels and ages.  For beginning students, you can expect to be playing and learning to read music within your first month of taking lessons.  For intermediate and advanced students, expect to enjoy and meet your musical goals studying the music genres you appreciate.  Tailoring the music we study together is a priority!
