About
Hello!
I am a conservatoire-trained musician with over ten years of teaching experience. I am a woodwind doubler and pianist, with experience teaching children and young adults of all ages, in private, school, ensemble, charitable and workshop settings (both digitally and in-person).
I bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to my teaching; I graduated from the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in 2017, and have since performed on the West End, in concert halls including the Royal Albert Hall and the Barbican, for the BBC and Sky TV, in venues including Kensington and Alexandra Palaces, and have toured internationally.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is very much tailored to each student - we take time to get to know each other, find out how they learn best, what they'd like to achieve etc. I'm very friendly and this is reflected in my teaching; I don't take an over-disciplined or bullyish approach. I feel students learn best when they feel comfortable, respected and listened to.
