Melina Otero

Hi! I'm Melina! During the last six years, I have been working on musical theatre and contemporary music performances. I have also composed music for stage theater and short movies and  developed myself as a song-writer, arranger and performing artist. I have three bachelor degrees in contemporary music, classical music and contemporary music performance. I am a graduate from a Berklee Global Partner university in Argentina, The Conservatory of Music in Buenos Aires and JMC Academy (Sydney). I invite you to discover the wonderful world of music, songwriting and vocal technique. I believe that mastering the theory, the practice and the different techniques gives you the musical power to achieve any goals you have. I find in tutoring a place where I can help new artists to grow and also learn from them. Lessons are personalised   based on the student's interest, needs and goals. In my singing lessons, I focus on healthy and muscular vocal development in order to build a solid instrument. I also focus on music theory and ear training to get a better understanding of the songs. Music theory lessons are based on learning and putting in practice harmony, sight reading and ear training in order to analyse   and compose music. Lessons can be 30, 40 minutes or 1 hour long and they can be in English or Spanish!!
