Dominic Wolfendale

I studied a Master’s of Music in Viola Performance at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Under the tutelage of renowned British Viola player Richard Crabtree, I have had the opportunity to work with members of the Welsh National Opera, London Philharmonic Orchestra, and the London Symphony Orchestra and have given performances at some of the UK’s most prestigious venues including The Wales Millennium Centre, Cadogan Hall, Kings Place & Wigmore Hall. I also undertakes regular session work and have recorded soundtracks for Disney & Marvel at Abbey Road Studios.
 

I have a huge amount of teaching and performance experience in all different styles, from classical to steampunk! I aim to make lessons fun and engaging with a clear plan for progress and results. I cater each lesson to the needs of the student and work at a pace that's effective for thorough learning and progress. I'm passionate about my work as a teacher and love to see my students succeed in their goals. I adapt my teaching style to suit the needs of the individual to achieve the best results. The most important thing for me is that you enjoy your musical journey and are pleased with your own progress!
